So i wait & get impatient & keep hitting zeros over and over like 30 times in a row.. Thinking that i'd get through to a live person..Geez only if that worked! Instead.. i hear the recording... I'm sorry i did not understand your selection GOODBYE! Absurd!:ughhh:
